Hello everyone, I’m Trung, CEO of DeltaX Robotics. It has been over six years since we first introduced our Delta X project and launched the Delta X 1 model. Throughout this journey, our team has faced countless challenges that could have halted our progress—from the COVID-19 pandemic, global economic downturns, and the uncertainties of conflict, to the typical hurdles any startup would encounter, such as limited resources, securing funding, and the constant pressure of technological innovation. Yet, we’ve persisted, driven by a single overarching goal: to bring industrial-grade robotics technology closer to everyone, at an accessible cost, and in a compact, user-friendly form. We successfully developed a prototype of Delta X S, a truly industrial-standard delta robot. However, transitioning to mass production and meeting stringent European standards presented a significant hurdle. Finding the capital to achieve this level of manufacturing and global compliance is no easy task, espe...

Hello everyone, I'm Trung, the CEO of IMWI Technology, the company behind the development of the Delta X Robot Series. First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies to all of you for the lack of updates over the past few years. It might have seemed like Delta X Robot was a forgotten project, but in reality, it has experienced a series of ups and downs, akin to a phoenix rising from the ashes. We faced numerous challenges, from failed crowdfunding attempts to navigating the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic downturns. However, in our toughest moments, we were fortunate to receive help from kind-hearted individuals worldwide—makers, researchers, engineers, and entrepreneurs. Interestingly, I intentionally refrained from updating our website or running extensive marketing campaigns. I was afraid that if we did so and the product gained too much attention, it might lead to more people buying the robot. While this might sound counterintuitive, it's because D...
*After many days of not updating anything on the website, I think I need to post this. From January 2020 to the present, despite facing many difficulties as other businesses when receiving the negative impacts from the COVID pandemic, we still ship successful robots to customers from 20 countries around the world. We use DHL shipping service to send robots to customers. So, wherever you are, as long as DHL operates in your country, you can buy our robots. Delivery time by DHL is usually 5-7 days and the time for us to assemble robots for you is about 10 days if the robots are not available in stock. Currently, we have the policy to support the 2/3 of the shipping cost for all customers until September. We accept payment via Paypal, if you have any payment problems please email us: deltaxrobot@gmail.com or inbox Facebook fan page: Delta X
